Where do you provide your services?
We serve London and Essex, including North, South, East and West London, as well as Kent, Slough, Croydon, Luton, Hertfordshire, parts of Surrey and Bedford. Share your venue postcode, event date and services required so we can confirm availability. If your area isn’t listed, please enquire — we also travel to surrounding locations.
Do you offer event hire packages?
Yes. Choose more than one service and you’ll receive a discounted package price. Tell us which services you’d like, your venue, event date and guest count, and we’ll put together a personalised package quote.
Can I enquire about more than one service?
Yes — you can combine our food, drink, photobooth and event-effects services. Choosing more than one service qualifies for a discounted package price. Include all your preferred services in your WhatsApp message or email so we can quote for them together.
Do you provide services for corporate events?
Yes. We provide services for corporate events and staff celebrations, and we have experience across all types of events, including weddings, Mehndi celebrations, birthdays and private parties. Share your plans so we can help you choose the right services for your guests.
How do I get a quote?
Use an enquiry button to reach our contact section, then choose WhatsApp or email. Include your name, venue and postcode, event date and time, guest count, event type and services required. We’ll confirm pricing and availability, including a discounted package price when you choose multiple services.
Which photobooth options can I request?
Alongside our oval photobooth, you can request a Vintage Booth, 360 Booth, Magic Mirror or Selfie Pod. Tell us your preferred booth, event date and venue so we can confirm the available options.
Do you offer low fog, sparklers and soft serve ice cream?
Yes. You can enquire about Low Fog Hire, Sparkler Hire and Soft Serve Ice Cream Hire alongside our other event services. For event effects, share your venue’s requirements so we can discuss suitability and arrangements before booking.
What should I tell you about venue access and setup?
Include your venue address, event start time and any access or setup restrictions when enquiring. We’ll discuss the arrangements for your chosen services with you before confirming the booking.
Can I discuss dietary requirements or allergies?
Yes. Please tell us about dietary requirements and allergies when enquiring about food or drinks. We’ll discuss the options and relevant ingredient information for the services you’re interested in before you book.
